Cross-Compiler Toolchain and 3rd Party Add-ons
« on: August 27, 2014, 10:31:13 pm »
Maybe this should be two separate topics, but here goes anyway.

1. Is there a cross-compiler toolchain for the Almond+ (for compiling desired missing packages or adding base functionality without the SDK)?

2. Are there 3rd party add-ons (by developers) available, or are they not allowed to release them yet? And will there be a straightforward way to install them? e.g. an Securifi opkg repo?

Lars has said that they plan on releasing an SDK in September. Once that's out, there should be an influx of new software for the Almond. (I hope)
