2gig CT100 + ECOLINK PIR Sensor Not Getting Connected
« on: November 09, 2015, 12:18:22 pm »
Hi,

I got an Almond+ and cannot get any of the 2gig CT100 or ECOLINK PIR sensor to get detected.

I've added the new Hue Bridge 2.0 successfully and works like a charm but for some reason, the two above are not being recognized at all. Could it be a fault in z-wave from my router as i have only tested Zigbee so far?

Firmware is up to date and the above mentioned sensors are supposed to have been already tested/approved by Securifi so what's wrong here?

I am putting both into their inclusion mode incase you will be wondering.

Any thoughts?!

@ kareemruhi,

Two sensors where connected to some other old controller, if yes, then first you have to follow the proper removal process on the sensors by tapping the single remove option on the Almond+ until you get the message "Unknown sensor removed" only then you could add them.

Thanks for the response @Ashok

These are brand new sensors and never been linked. However, i did try to go through their exclusion procedures and still no reaction from the Almond+
