Frozen after software update

Almond straight from the box.  Ran software update.  Now Almond is frozen on the SECURIA screen.  Can't get to touchscreen menu.  Help.

Veseye, please try the following:

(1) Please make sure that you are using Almond's power adapter sent along with it. Unplug the Almond (from both ends), wait for 20 Minutes and connect the Almond to a different working power outlet.

(2) Resetting the Almond to the factory default settings. To do so, use the stylus to press and hold the reset button (just above the power plug) for 5 seconds and release it. Your Almond will restart and you will be able to re-configure it.

On other hand, if Almond turns to be a bad unit, we are glad to do the replacement provided your Almond is with in warranty period. Please check the status and in any case be assured of the best possible support from us!
