Almond hangs
« on: August 16, 2013, 11:31:21 am »
Not sure if hangs is the best description but... I have wireless and a wired device, for no reason, the network just stops working.
I thought it was the cable modem but connected a ROKU directly to it and has no problem the entire day. Put everything back and after a few hours, the network hung.
I had to reboot the Almond and reconnect the wireless devices.

SDK Version is 4.0.0.0 (Jun 21 2013)
Sftw ver is AL1-R196-L299-W33

Got any ideas?

Alan

Very odd, I have a couple of them at home and haven't had any issues at all. One as a router with wired and wireless devices and one as a range extender/bridge with wired and wireless devices.

I'd suggest getting in touch with our support team to see if they can help you resolve this problem, as it's not something that should happen http://www.securifi.com/support
