Hello Lars,
If a device is design under zigbee HA standard, does it mean it can definitely talk to Almond+?

Talk to, maybe, but it doesn't mean that the Almond+ will know what it is.
We technically have to add support for ZigBee devices before they work with the Almond+ as the standard is a little bit too open ended.
