SmartSense Multi Sensor

I've been told that it's working, but maybe SmartThings has a couple of different revisions where they changed something in the code, so please go to Help, Send Logs in the LCD UI and send us a log after pairing the sensor. Don't forget the include the name in the text box provided.

Our problem is it won't pair.  I can press Add Sensor but it never can find this one to add.  No way to send a log for that one.

I just did a sensor reset myself and now it says "Association Failed" after the "Getting Sensor info" box.

You can still send the logs, even if it doesn't pair, as there should still be some data that's being collected.

Ok, so to get the SmartThings sensors to connect to the Almond+, you need to trigger them once during the adding process and they'll connect just fine.
Apologies for not knowing this, but I actually don't have one handy.

Repeatedly triggering the sensor during the "Adding Sensor" and "Getting Info" gets it working (only the door sensor part)!
