Pin Protect Menus of Almond+ touchscreen interface
« on: August 04, 2014, 05:57:53 pm »
I think the titles says most of the idea. What I really want is to have a pin protecting certain pages of the almond+ tochscreen interface. The pages I'm thinking of is pages that specify passwords etc. You could also have a way to configure which pages are pin protected. For example you could possibly leave the sensor controls open or protect it with a pin if you'd like.

We're aware of this issue and we're working on it. It'll come in a firmware update, but I can't say exactly when.

Awesome great job. Love it. Is there a way to manually lock it do you just have to wait for it to sleep?

Currently there's no manual lock option, but you can reduce the screen saver time to say 10 or 20 seconds from the default 1000 to make it lock quicker.
