fgwpe f 101 almond+

Hi i just bought a fgwpe f 101 but my almond+ does not recognize it. Can u please tell me how to Connect it?

Try "removing" the device first then try adding. Also make sure the device is the same z wave region as the Almond+.

how to remove it? i bought it on amazon.de ..how to check the region?

almond+  does not see it..

I'd suggest trying sections IV or V (I'd probably skip right to V) and then retry.

fgwpE has a European plug, so I think it's pretty obvious what region it is  ;)

To remove it (basically doing a reset of the plug), on your A+ select to remove a Z-wave device (even when the plug isn't added to your A+ yet) and then triple-click the button on the plug.
Your A+ will then 'remove' it and the plug will reset.

Side note, this will NOT work when your A+ is not made for the EU-region.
