Not that I have such hot tubs and all, I wish ;)

but when you trigger the hot tub lights and music, the same scene could also trigger  a partial, "arm perimeter" garden excl. in this case,  where front doors lock and corresponding security rules are set in action.

a garage door could/should only open automatically if your phone is connected to car with bluetooth eg.
similar to the smart unlock in the new android version,... no unlock code needed when in my car (because trusted BT connection availbale)
Still out off league with current Almond options, but not out of reach in the longer run

Yeah, the lock would just take a more complex condition to open.  Kevo claims to know which side of the door you're on.  Automatic lighting and such could be a deterrent unless they know about your automation.

All those complicated scenarios could be accomplished if the Almond Android App had Tasker or similar App support. (hint hint Securifi).
