I am sorry for the inconvenience caused, however, we are aware about the issue, where once we get the numlock to unlock the screen and we leave it like that with out unlocking the screen doesn't go blank. Our software team is working on it to resolve the issue with our future firmware, meanwhile, as long as we don't tap the screen to unlock it would be blank all the time.
