Leviton DZS15 Switch Zwave
« on: September 06, 2014, 11:58:13 am »
I just picked one these up at Home Depot.  I installed it but it comes up as UnknownDeviceType.  All it is a binary switch (no dimmer control). Is there a way to tell A+ what it is so I can use it?

By the way; if I use the A+ touch screen I can "Set 1" and it "Gets a 255". The light turns on and off this way...

Also got the same results for the Levitron VRMX1 dimmer except it accepted values between 0 and 100.  0 turns off the dimmer and 1 to 100 sets the brightness level.  Is there a way to force a sensor type?

We got a bunch of Leviton arriving with our software team this week, so expect support in a couple of firmware release.

Excited to hear this. I have about half my house decked out in the Leviton DZS15s and the other half in Leviton DZMX1 dimmers.

I'm pulling for the A+ to work an order of magnitude better than the Wink.  ;)
