Jumbo Frames
« on: October 28, 2014, 11:46:50 pm »
Is is safe to enable jumbo frames (MTU=9000) on the Almond+ 2014 (Firmware R1.2.20.4 on Fri Aug 30 10:29:57 2013)?

I assumed I could go to /admin/network/network/lan?tab.network.lan=advanced in OpenWRT and change to 9000, but the box lit up with an angry red X and so I decided to ask first.

Not sure, I've checked with the software team.
That's not the firmware version though, the firmware would be R06x something, please see the NutsOS UI or under settings in the LCD UI.

It would seem that this is something that we haven't tested thoroughly, so I can't really say if it'll work or not. I'll get them to test this, but it's not a priority right now.
