Port forward settings made from R065 won't delete on R066

I have three port forwarding settings made from version R065. After upgrading R066 I tested DMZ settings and found out that it didn't solve my problem with VoIP phone. So I un-DMZ-ed and tried to reconfigure whole port forward thing from scratch. However I found that three settings made from R065 won't delete.
Another feature I miss is ability to reorder port forwarding. I would love to see it back.

Any ideas to delete old settings without factory reset?
