Lost all rules and ability R72

Hello -

I installed R72 and lost all rules and the webui no longer shows the ability to create rules.

Here is what happened and where I am at....

1) Update to R72 and restarted
2) Edited a rule to change the ON time an saved it
3) I noticed that rule was now gone from the Webui but other rules remained
4) Edited a second rule to verify by changing its off time and saved it
5) Now all rules disappeared and in the webui for the rules I just get a blank white box
6) Restarted the almond and no change
7) Cleared browser caches and still no change
Tried ie11, chrome and firefox all with same results

So where I'm at now is all my rules are gone and the ability to create new rules is gone.

Any help?

I notice in the system log this message....

Question, have you tinkered with any of the files on your Almond+?
Did you try rebooting the Almond+ to see if things sorted themselves out? Worst case, you'll have to do a hard reset.

I did not tinker with any files.
I did try a reboot.

I sent a note off to support as well but I've not heard any resolution yet.

R072 has not been good to me. In addition to the rules issues I have been experiencing random loss of access to the webui (though public Internet access works) and also the Almond+ randomly shuts itself off and requires a power cycle - sometimes it works for 5 minutes then needs a power cycle, sometimes in works for an hour then needs it.

I was anxious to get R072 for the ability to edit rules as I had a bunch I did not want to delete and re-enter.

Prior to R072 I was lucky because I had zero problems.

Just my usual shot in the dark, but could these issues be a result of you jumping from 66-72 ? Only issue I had with 72, is the usual time zone having to be reset and some of the GE bulbs not displaying properly ( acting like a Cree bulb) .

Thanks, I did not go from 66 to 72. I was on the latest beta R070as or whatever it was.

Literally, upgrade to R072, restarted the router and immediately went to edit rules and that's where the fun began.

I had a bunch of rules that I was waiting on the latest update to offer the edit feature. I was working flawlessly prior and first and only thing I did was edit two rules.

How do I do a hard reset?

Push the tiny button on top of the Almond

Deleted the rules file and back to normal.
