new Device is not working

I have got a brand new device, touch screen responds very bad slow or nothing happend, at next I have uploaded the new firmware version AP2-R066-L009-W 016-ZW 016-ZB005 (ALMOND+), I was able to login with the old firmeware version with root root or admin admin in web log. At next I  have loaded the new version of firmware and the almond stocks in the screen by the wizard screnn is froozen, in the web interface I can not anymore login because the root password is not working anymore.
I tried reset almond, the same .
Almond is frozen after restart in the wizard and I can not klick on the screnn nothing is happend
can you help me...
