This seems to be an unsupported device for the Almond+.  It's a 3in1 sensor that reports on light levels, temperature, and motion.  I was able to remove it from it's previously connected Z-Wave network and add it to the Almond+, but it's just listed as Unsupported.

Multi-functional sensors are tricky, as there's no standard Z-Wave class for them.
As such, any multi-functional sensor, we'd have to source and add support for.
I've added it to the list of devices we should order.

Motion and temperature should work, but not light.
