android app registering on/off values incorrect
« on: October 07, 2014, 10:24:53 pm »
New version registers on/off incorrectly in the new android version. GE wink bulbs. Worked correctly before the new update. For instance in the screenshot bedroom left and living room 1 are on. Although it could be a 66 bug if you look at the second

Can you please compare with what you see on connect.securifi.com as well?
The local web UI needs to be manually refreshed at the moment, it's a current limitation of that UI, so click on refresh at the top of the page and it should show the most recent state of the sensors/devices.
I'll have the software team look into this as well, but it's not something I've personally noticed.

Here is the screenshots. Both bedroom lights are on, even though one registers off. If I toggle it to on and then back off it does turn off. Not being able to tell the correct state from the app really bothers me.

That looks like it's cloud, not app related, we'll look into it.

Cool thanks for looking into it. It seems to occur when the switch has been turned off and back on manually.

Can you provide the model name of the switch as well?

Sorry, I thought you had some other kind of switch as well.
The software team is going to have a look at what's going on.
