Open DNS Resolver issue.
« on: October 29, 2014, 01:59:21 pm »
Any one who receives an email from their respective ISP stating Almond has an Open DNS Resolver or to close some required ports (53,135,953..etc.,)

Please update the software on the Almond to the latest version R201 through Web UI. You may find the instructions at http://www.securifi.com/rg/software-update on how to download and install the firmware via Web UI Ensure to select the model as "Almond". Any difficulty in updating the firmware then please do get in touch with our support team at (support@securifi.com).

@ Factoryreset

Most probably software did not update properly and this may go for the replacement. However, please contact our support team at (support@securifi.com) and they would take care of it for you.
