Inconsistent Sensor Status
« on: October 28, 2014, 12:25:48 pm »
I'm seeing three different statuses for my Yale z-wave lock depending on where I look:
  • The local web UI shows it as locked, which is the current status.
  • The cloud web site (connect.securifi.com) shows the door as unlocked.  If I activate it, it'll unlock the door, but the status is then inconsistent
  • The iOS app says it could not update the sensor data

Is this an artifact of development not being complete, or is there something I can do to address this on my side?

The cloud, not sure what's going on there, but I'll try to do some testing here with the Danalock I have.
The iOS app doesn't have proper lock support yet, it'll come in the next release I hope, I'm testing a beta build, but it's not quite there yet, so I can't guarantee it'll be done for the next version.

Thanks Lars.  I'll wait for the next iOs update to see if that fixes things.  If there is any diagnostic/log information needed I'd be happy to provide it
