I just sent them again. I don't understand why the note fails on the send logs function. I'm uploading an image of my MAC address screen. We could do a call, Will my almond have to be non functional at the time of the call? That would be difficult to time.

I needed your 5G MAC. Looked at both of your logs, the one you sent previously also. Almond failed to connect to cloud.   This issue should be resolved in the new R72 firmware and it should connect to cloud without reboot at the max within 2 hours.

Other than a firmware update did you ever determine what was the issue with getting the message Almond is Offline?

I recently set up my Almond 2015 and it worked on my phone app for a couple of days, but the past week or so I keep getting the Almond is Offline.  I have tried to reboot it a couple of times and I just received a software update today, but I can't get it to work.
