R80 and Quirky sensor
« on: June 10, 2015, 03:36:36 pm »
I updated to the last R80 firmware and now only one of four quirky sensor shown open all the time. I reset the sensor but nothing happened. Could be a sensor hardware problem o firmware issue? Anyone with same issue?

Downgrade to R076 firmware and all works fine again. There is a problem with R080!!!

@ pluggin,

It seems like we do have those sensors and it is working fine at our end with R80, however, could you please provide us the model number of that particular sensor. And also if possible can you reinstall R80 and send us the log files so that our team can take a look and try to find out the exact cause to fix it.
