Hello from Minnesota
« on: November 15, 2014, 08:38:30 am »
Hi,

I'm so excited to finally get my hands on the Almond+. I love to hack around with home automaion. I've been having a lot of fun with the arduino and HC SR04 Ultrasonic recently.  Hoping to connect my own DIY sensors into the Almond+ network.

Killer concept and great execution on the unit so far!  I'm looking forward to a long winter of experimentation.

If you have any ideas or helpful hints, I'm all ears.

I kinda keep track of what I'm doing at Muthasuckas.com when I have time. if you're interested.

Cheers!

Welcome to the Securifi forum meatballion.

I like your website.

Here I am also playing with OpenHAB and doing some automation on an RPi.

I like that servo mount your printed up for your Ultrasonic Sensor.

Well that said now you got me looking at 3D printers...

3D printing is addictive, so watch out Lars. Or maybe it is tinkering with all the technologies becoming more available that is addictive. Either way...

Welcome meatballion. Have to check your site some more...
