Almond Plus Offline

I am using my Almond Plus as an AP and have been experiencing a problem accessing its settings through the web UI and the ios app, both of which state that the Almond Plus is offline.  I tried re-running the wireless connection wizard from the LCD on the router and when I finished it said the router was connected to the internet, but I still get the offline messages in the app and web interface.  Also, when I run diagnostics from the router's LCD screen it fails and says there is no internet connection. My wireless devices can "see" the Almond and connect to it so I can't understand why I am having so many problems accessing it. I am on firmware R069 beta.

To our best knowledge with the current software version R72 we don't have any issues like this, hence, please get in touch with our support team at (support@securifi.com) who can assist you in updating the software manually.
