almond security settings help please
« on: December 29, 2014, 11:13:21 pm »
I thought I had everything set up correctly. I had family over and they were on my wifi network with a password and their computer got hacked into. My PC was fine I'm using Avast antivirus so  I ran a scan on my network and it says it is accessible from the internet and can be hacked. I have all this password protected though. Any info will help thanks.

@ r.obsession09

To our best knowledge as long as you have a strong password with WPA/WPA2 security, your network should be secured. However, please make sure that Almond has the latest software version R200, if not please tap on "Software Update" to update it.

If you are still facing the same issue then please do get in touch  with our support team at support@securifi.com.
