Tasker not working with 070 fw

I was using Tasker to control my switches through my Almond+ (FW 069) utilizing HTTP POST. It was working great until I updated to fw 070. Now basic authentication (
http://username:password@10.10.10.254
) with HTTP POST isn't working.
Is there something else I have to do to allow my commands to go through or does the new update not allow for it?

Prior to R070 there actually was a problem and you could send commands to your Almond+ without any authentication actually necessary. That was fixed and now you need to use a websocket to authenticate first.
