Not working??

App shows connected, but trying to touch any sensor shows an almond offline message.
Anyone else seeing similar?

It's a bug that happens at times and I know the software team has found some (and hopefully all) of the reasons behind it and it'll be fixed when the release the much delayed new version of the app.
