iPhone6 refuses to connect to Almond
« on: February 05, 2015, 04:26:34 pm »
Hi,
I've been using Almond happily for over a year. About a month ago, me and my wife got ourselves an iPhone 6 each.
Fast forward a couple of weeks, my phone just flat out stopped connecting to the Almond Wifi network and it has been like that ever since. No such issues with the other iPhone. There are half a dozen other devices in the house which have no problem connecting to almond as well.
I've tried everything from resetting the phone to resetting the Almond, changing the wireless n/w name, channel, etc. but no luck so far. I also updated the firmware this morning and tried again, but nope.

Any ideas on what could be wrong here?

(I'm using the Almond as an access point. It is connected to my ISP's router through an ethernet cable. My Phone does connect to my ISP's router, but not to Almond)

Hi - did you ever get a resolution on your issue? The same thing happened with my iPad Air 2 a couple of days ago 'incorrect password '. I'll try later to see if the new R80 software update helps.

Just updated to R80 and my iPad once again joins the network automatically
