I also want this, I have added few more folders and files since USB HDD hooked up to A+ but then DLNA does not refresh these items on connected device, not sure how to refresh and get the latest contents over DLNA.

I recently got my dlna server working but I'm having the same problem. I can't add any content to my server since the Almond+ won't refresh the directory.

I had similar issues, currently there is nothing which can refresh the DLNA contents. So what I tried was unchecked the DLNA and saved. Then re-enabled it again. I know this is not an ideal solution.

I would ask Securify to make it enable auto refresh when contents updated.
