R070 DHCP Settings not honored

While setting Static DHCP Leases on my network I noticed that the IP range was not being honored.  All MAC Addresses have been obfuscated

Nice catch, I've passed this on to the software team.

Just one thing, you're not supposed to put static leases outside of the regular DHCP lease range. That said, this shouldn't cause other devices to end up outside of the lease range.
