Installed and working well.  Pairing was quick and easy.  First code set via LCD UI and next 3 were at via Android app.

Makes me want to order another before the sale ends, but I should probably test for a while first.

sale ended :-(. may I ask how the tumbler is for this? I went with a kwikset because it was an established company (and the smart key tech lets me rekey it myself in minutes if I want to)

I intentionally didn't buy a Kwikset I was looking into at first due to the vulnerability of SmartKey re-keying:
http://www.wired.com/2013/08/kwikset-smarkey-lock-vulns/
http://www.cnet.com/news/can-you-really-crack-the-kwikset-kevo/

I like the idea of the smartkey, but the current implementation isn't perfect. As they point out in the second video though its only marginal protection anyway as my door is wood and my backdoor has a glass window that can be broken even easier.

My door is almost all glass (glass french doors) so if someone really wants in, they are getting in. But then they meet my doesn't-like-strangers 110 lb German shepherd :-D and if my roommate or I are home we have other means to deal with intruders.
