I just wanted to give this a bump, I just updated to the latest R70 firmware on my Almond+, and when I hit "mate" on my CT70 radio thermostat, the Almond+ shows that it's pairing with a sensor, the CT30 shows "LINK", but after a few moments the Almond+ throws an "Association Failed" error message.
I grabbed the last few entries from zigbee_server.log but they don't seem particularly useful, I also sent logs to the developers in the hopes that it helps them add support for my thermostat! The last few entries from my log are:

Please oh please Lars ask the developers to build support for more of these Comcast Zigbee devices! It's actually listed on your compatible hardware page here:
http://wiki.securifi.com/index.php?title=List_of_compatible_sensors_-_Almond%2B_2014But it's listed as being ZWave, and it appears to be Zigbee. Can the Almond+ manage both Zigbee and ZWave devices simultaneously or are they built with either/or radios?
I've heard some people have had better success with SmartThings by swapping out the Zigbee USNAP for a ZWave one, but I think that the Zigbee Almond+ doesn't actually come with the ZWave radio even though the UI shows both.
