OpenRemote Designer

Is the Almond+ compatibly with OpenRemote?

I searched and was surprised to see that this hasn't been brought up already. I don't know too much about how z-wave hubs work, but it seems like you need to know the Zwave-nodeid.

I am just getting into this, but I would love to use a custom UI with a tablet mounted on the wall to control everything.

OK no response. Basically can we access Z-wave devices directly not using the WebUI or the app?

I am not familiar with OpenRemote at all but I believe there was http access available but that after the last update there needs to a secured authentication packet sent with the requests.  Not sure not really my thing. Other than that I can't help you out. Sorry
