peanut plug not supported
« on: March 07, 2015, 11:07:40 am »
just added the peanut plug that came with the almond+. I can see it in the app but sadly it says it is not supported. I believe the fw for it was also upgraded after I added it. Has anyone got it working?

Are you using IOS or Android app? If Almond is still having earlier version, can you update your Almond to latest firmware and try pairing it again. If the problem still persits, please send logs from Almond and also email us at cloud@securifi.com with your cloud affiliated email.

There is new firmware for the peanut and Almond+,as well as an updated android app.
I had the same unsupported error when I first updated the peanut firmware, but it fixed itself overnight. You need to remove and repair the peanut via the LCD , it should come up saying that the peanut has new firmware available and guide you through updating it. Router need to be on the latest AS firmware as well.
