CT-101 Lowes Iris Thermostat

I purchased a CT-101 thermostat with the Lowes / Iris branding two months back. That is pairing well with Almond and working from Web, LCD and iOS. No problem there at all.

Since my Lowes had clearance on Iris kits, I bought an Iris Kit with Smart Plug, Hub and Thermostat. The thermostat that came with this kit is different. The model number is the same. However, it has some additional lights that my previous one did not have. Now this thermostat works with LCD and iPhone app, but does not work from the Web UI.

I have no idea why this is the case, but I thought I would leave this here.

Interesting and that really makes no sense at all.
I've asked our software team to look into it, but it would be helpful if you could send some logs so they can compare the information of the two.
