Hello from Los Angeles
« on: March 17, 2015, 09:31:34 pm »
Hi, I…
  • Am Zach
  • Live in LA
  • Was a kickstarter backer of the Almond+
  • Think the Almond+ is a great piece of hardware that will become self-aware on judgment day or after a few more firmware updates.
  • Would like wiki editor access so that I can add the "Linear WO15Z-1 Z-Wave Tamper Resistant 15-Amp Wall Outlet" to the list of devices that don't yet work with the Almond+ (pairs, but can't be controlled)
  • Am making progress in my quest to get node-red (running on a Raspberry Pi) to communicate with the sensors that are paired with the Almond+ via the websocket exposed by the Almond+'s web UI.
  • Will be mounting my Almond+ very cleanly on the wall with no visible wires, tomorrow. Yay!
  • Like lists.

czyzyczyz,
Finally got around to the introduction?  ;)
Welcome. Please post pictures of your mounting. I want to see so if I ever get out of the idea stage...
