Almond 1.5 does not recover password

I'm using the latest v1.5 of the almond app on ios 7.1.2/ipad Air. I can't recover my password on the app. There's no such option to recover the password on the monitor. Is there any workaround? I've requested a password reset 2 months ago and every week since. There's nothing in my junk mail folder.

Also, my registered/cloud email is different from my backer email, if that makes any difference.

Which password have you forgotten? The pin for accessing the A+ touchscreen or your cloud login?

You can just reset your cloud password here: https://connect.securifi.com/reset-password - I just tried it and received a password reset email virtually instantly.
