I want to find out if I don't have an android device with the almond+ app, is there a way I can login to an account using the regular browser to control the sensors?

You can control sensors on the network through the local web interface, or off your network through connect.securifi.com's cloud interface.  For now you can only add sensors through the local web interface or directly on the device, but they appear to be making some additions to the cloud interface with the latest release so that may change.

I don't think you can add sensors through the local WebUI?

Agreed, at this point you can only add/remove sensors with the LED screen on the Almond+
