Schlage Home Dimmer Module
« on: April 16, 2015, 10:40:02 pm »
I have Schlage Home Dimmer Modules 300w, it appears the same as GE and Jasco units on your website.
Is this unit fully compatible with the Almond+?
It is not on the list, but the identical GE unit is on the approved list.
After I connect a light to the unit, I use it with Android app and LCD UI it registers and works without issue.
When I try to add the module as a rule, it shows on the app and UI that it is on, but the light does not come on.
RULE : At 7pm, if light is OFF, then turn ON.
Is anyone else having this issue?
I made sure the light is in the on position before starting this test.
I have used a similar rule to turn on a GE Link bulb and that works fine.
Please help.
In a separate but related issue, If I try to turn the light off in the app while the rule is in effect, then in the app and UI it tries to turn itself off, but then shows on in the app.

I just got this dimmer too. It works from the app, but not in the rules. The app will say its on after a rule activated, but it is not. I haven't figured it out yet.
The Model is RP200
If I turn off the module manually it does not update to the almond plus.

I've passed this on to the team that's working on the rules.
