Keep losing internet.

I keep losing my internet and end up having to reboot the router to regain connection. Support blames my ISP or modem but my modem isn't dropping the connection nor is my internet going out. The router itself just loses it. I had this issue before when I first got my router but once I updated the firmware on my router to R072 it went away. But now it seems to have come back again after updating again to the latest firmware (R076). Any help would be much appreciated.
