How do I disable SIP-ALG on the Almond+? I have two SIP phones for work here at home and I can't receive incoming calls to them. Troubleshooting the issue with the phone vendor, they pointed me to extensive issues they have with ALG causing issues. I have appropriate port forwards set up for the phones, but it appears the communication between the phone and the phone server is breaking down when ALG is changing ports. I am running R80. If I telnet to the Almond+ and go to /etc/alg-rules/ there isn't anything in there.
So, how to I completely disable ALG on the Almond+? Or am I missing something else?

I belive that you have't done factory reset after upgrading your almond plus firmware. If so please do that ..That mostly will solve the issue ...

Ok, did factory reset, re-did my port forwards.
Under OpenWRT I see the ALG settings, more than were there before. One is for SIP, says enabled on all of the, but the boxes are unchecked. Does that mean they're disabled, or enabled?

I'm still having problems attributable to ALG. I've even tried disabled the algapp in the startup scripts. It seems ALG is still actively interfering. Thoughts?

Nothing else you guys can do to help me? I should replace a $250 router with a cheap $70 router that doesn't cause these issues?

I just wanted to update and say this issue has been resolved after a herculean effort by the Securifi support team. Apparently a firmware bug (to be fixed in the next release!) left some ALG functions on, even after a factory reset on the device and all ALG turned off from the OpenWRT interface. Once the software developer removed those functions everything started working.
In short: THANK YOU SECURIFI SUPPORT, GREAT JOB!

I'm experiencing issues with my voip provider as well. I've already reset the router.
I'm losing my mind trying to keep my phone from disconnecting every day or two, requiring a reboot of my Almond+ for it to re-register.
I'm running AP2-R080-L009-W016-ZW016-ZB005
Does that contain the firmware fix mentioned above?
Someone please help!

Ensure that under Open WRT-->Network-->Firewall-->Traffic Rules 5060, 5061 and 10000 to 20000 listed.
Then access the Almond+ console and execute the following command.
rm -r /lib/modules/2.6.36/nf* and reboot the Almond+.

Thanks, those settings were present in firwall.
Then I executed the rm string in the console and rebooted. Fingers crossed.
Is there any way to tell that I did it correctly? Will anything change in the settings?

We would not be able to see any changes on the UI's, by executing the command we removed the files which we were causing the issue. If you are not facing any issues with VOIP then everything went well for you.
