"heal" the z-wave network?
« on: July 13, 2015, 03:10:19 pm »
How do you "heal" the network? Trying to get a sensor to connect though the mesh network that will as of now only connect when in range to connect directly

TIA

Can you try this (borrowed from a post I can't find ). Not sure if it will work though.   Turn off Almond for 15 minutes, that will put all the z-wave devices in a status where they can't find the hub. Try to cycle the devices just to make sure they can't find the hub.

After 15 minutes, make sure your new sensor is in a place where it would not connect previously. Make sure that you change the sensor status so that it looks for almond and fails. Now turn on almond and hopefully the network should heal.
