Since the new FTTH modem, I have been notice that system log will have "PPPoE connection lost; attempting re-connection" along with other errors.
Is this one of A+ issue?

I had this too with my vdsl-modem.
Took it to work with me (I work at my provider)
Did some testing, nothing in the logs. Connected it back at home, no more errors!
So without doing anything it disappeared ...
Try disconnecting it a couple of times to see if that solves it.

I reconnected my Almond+ today to upgrade the firmware and see what's been improved since I last tried it. I'm seeing exactly this issue. I suspect it isn't actually dropping the external connection as my ISP lets me view the radius log and from their end the connection seems stable.
