Majicjack+ status with Almond+

My Majicjack+ dongles  (I have two) don't work with the Almond+. I have an old Netgear router which has been working flawlessly with the dongles. Almond+ keeps on disconnecting the dongles.

Has this issue been resolved / when will it be resolved?

Has anyone's Majicjack worked successfully without getting disconnected?

I don't have one to test with, I know they had trouble with Vonage in the past . Have you tried contacting support, the can look into it and have you send them the logs from your router and hopefully get you fixed up.

Just connected after flashing the latest upgrade. It has connected. Will see if it stays connected.
