We would like to know "What is the ONE router feature you would like to see in our Mobile app"...?

Note: Only the router feature not related to HA.

Hello,

I would like the level of control (activity, parental, notifications, etc.) for wifi-connected devices that Amped Wireless "Ally" offers. It appears to be the most complete of all.

Regards

I would like to see the ability to turn on/off wifi isolation mode.  Wired devices see both networks but 2.4 and 5GHz wifi networks are not visible to each other.

For the iPhone "s" models - consider when pressing the Almond icon a list of scenes is presented for selection. Ideally the user can pick the scenes to display.

A "reboot router" function, unless it's there and I failed to find it after digging around the app for over an hour.

Click the WiFi tab and scroll down, then click Reboot Now.

Ability to do a "site survey" to see other nearby access points and adjust the channel accordingly.

Home Automation control of WiFi based IoT hardware
« Reply #11 on: April 17, 2018, 01:09:57 am »
If Securifi added the ability to manage WiFi based home automation devices it would be the network device I am constantly hoping to find in my search for a router to replace my Almond+.  I have come close to buying a Samsung smart things enabled wireless AC router, but I remain hesitant because it lacks a touch display.

I didn’t buy the Almond+ out of a need for hand holding to setup WiFi in my home. I bought it because controlling a home and it’s devices is made sexy by a wall mounted kiosk.  Either Samsung will figure out how to put a display into their smart things routers or Securify will get smart and capture the market for home automation by unifying their existing routers with broad support to control IP based devices.

I know that the first company to get all of this functioning in a sub $200 device will kill the competition, Securifi included.
