Dual Relay Support
« on: October 17, 2015, 01:40:37 pm »
Is there an update for support on the following dual relays (On/off switch)

I have the enerwave working for me but it only sees the one switch, you guys @ securifi had promised support for this but I'm hoping this will be out with the next update. Can you confirm?

We do need you guys to respond ASAP its beyond reason at this point that we have no date(s) to look forward to. Will appreciate a date and what we can expect!

Major update coming soon. You will love it . Another Beta is being released this week.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

@ Ab,

We did add the support for the Dual Relay after R80, hence, the next release would have the support and still if there is any issue I am positive we could help you using the log files. Just in case, if it is possible for you now then please do send us the log files and put my name under the description, so that I could recheck with our team.

Where/How do I extract the sensor logs from? I don't see any identifiable sensor data logged into either the system or kernel logs so I'm guessing they are stored else.

You can use the App (IOS or Android) to send the logs. Click on the Router option, scroll down to Send Logs, it's the last option on the list.

@ Ab,

You could send logs through Almond+ LCD (Help-->Send Logs).

I have been using Mono price dual relay for 6 months now! Is yours not working?
