Network SSID

This afternoon I was notified that my home network had gone down.
I soon found the names of my 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, their respective passwords, and the web admin password had all been changed.

Promptly resetting them all was the first measure that came to mind.
Does anybody know why these settings would all spontaneously change this way?
Also, are there additional preventions I should be considering? Perhaps, MAC filtering?

It would be more helpful, if you could provide us a bit more information. Was there any power outage or what exactly happen for the network to go down. If it is happening again, please do reach our support team at (support@securifi.com).
