Unlink

I bought a used Almond+
I need to unlink a previous owner. I tried and igot a message saying another user linked it already.
It would not allow me to unlink?
Certainly do not want them to have access to my repeater thru the cloud
Any help is appreciated...

@ diamondlil,

Try to make sure that the software on the Almond+ is R080 (Help-->About) and then try to unlink it from the device (Almond Account-->unlink), if it doesn't work, reboot it and try still no go, let us know the message you get while unlinking.

Please give us your 5G MAC address / send logs from the Almond LCD screen with message, "Unlink Issue by diamondlil".
