Weather App still not working

Hi last year I loved having the weather app it ran all winter provided a great digital thermometer. Sometime earlier this year it started freezing the GUI with no information and it is unresponsive to both GUI and iPhone app control. It seems to function ok but controls only a accessible via web login via IP.
At the time I researched and saw the weather had known issues and would be fixed in next release. I just installed the latest firmware (and yes reset device). After installing the latest firmware I tried it again and same thing. I'm in NY my cable provider is optimum.

I am seeing that issue for the first time, what about the Time and also try to run the diagnostics once, then check. Meanwhile, let me see, if we could reproduce it.
