Kwikset 910TRL ZW PIN Codes

Hello,

Lock is working great with Almond+ but through the app or web if I want to add a PIN code the Almond+ says it needs to be 5-8 numbers but the instructions for the lock and using the keypad 4 digits works. Anyway to get this working in next update? I am on R83.

I think mine always required more than 4 (even using the keypad to set up). I would use as many as you can remember.

@ Hoju,

Could you please confirm which module you are using the on the lock, is it Z-wave or Zigbee because Z-wave we added support for the user pin which works through Web UI and App. However, if it is Zigbee then we have not implemented that feature yet.

The Kwikset 910TRL is ZWave.  Using one on an installation. (haven't updated the firmware for them yet, can't report an updated status.

I was able to do a 4 digit pin code just now through my app (android) without issue. But can't figure out how to delete the new pin

Tap on the 4 digit pin code again and that should allow you to delete the pin.
