Not to my knowledge, I am able to receive the notifications could you please check on Android device if you have any. I hope you might have rebooted the Almond+.

Same here. Deleted and re-downloaded app to no avail. Was working earlier this week.

Double check your notification settings for the app.

IOS - Settings -> Notifications -> Almond
Make sure it is in the "include" section and configured the way you want.

Android
Settings -> Apps -> Almond - check show notifications

If you have recently updated the app, clear cache

That's not it. I've already tried turning them off, turning them back on, rebooting Almond+, rebooting iPhone, removing and reinstalling app. Nothing has worked yet.

I forced some notifications and they were not received on my iPad.

The notifications were received on the Android devices.

PUSH notifications working on IOS and Android.

They are also working much faster, almost instant as opposed to slightly delayed (1-3 seconds).

Thanks for fixing whatever was happening on the backend.  ;D

@ SecureComp,

It seems like our SSL certificate was expired, so had to renew it manually.

Been there, done that. Glad it was an "easy" fix.
